Are you considering going on a vacation? Do you feel it’s time for a break and for some relaxation? How about going on an international white water rafting trip? Read on to find out why it may well be the most relaxing and fulfilling vacation you ever go on!

Just think about all the incredible rivers around our world, can you imagine what it would be like to fully experience them within a raft? If you want to enjoy the thrill of the rapids as you speed down them there will be plenty of fast rivers for you to explore, but if you just want gentle slow flowing rivers so you can experience nature around you more so, you will have plenty of rivers that suit you too to choose from.

Whatever you choose after each day of rafting is over you will be able to look forward to having peaceful nights camping out in the wilderness far away from your work and the stress it can bring.

Your guide being more than likely native of the area you are staying in, should be able to tell you things about the culture in the part of the world you are in and of course you should be able to try some of the local cuisine.

The very best white water rafting spots in the world

Unforgettable white water rafting havens of the world: the Nile River (longest river in the world) around the Victoria Falls or the Zambezi, the Coruh River (Turkey), the Omo Valley (Ethiopia) and the beauty of Patagonia.

And last, but by no means least, we have of course the Grand Canyon located in Colorado. Also some of the canyons of the Atlas Mountains in Morocco offer some great family white water rafting action.

But of cause we’re talking about a world trip here, so you are guaranteed to want to participate in some other activities as well of white water rafting, for example visiting the pyramids, desert exploring, a visit to an African Safari Park, Nepalese trekking etc, etc, etc.

If you talk to your local travel agents you will find out that there are a number of travel companies specially dedicated to organizing this kind of international trip.

Obviously a trip of this magnitude isn’t going to be cheap, and if your financial situation doesn’t permit you to do this kind of thing just like that, you will obviously need to spend some time saving up, but for a vacation of a lifetime like this it will all be worth it.
